Shipping Policy
We aim to ship within 5-7 days of your order via 1st Class Royal mail. Where possible, we use recyclable brown paper and tape to package your items. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer overnight shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your hoodie, t shirt or any other item from our site or you have received a faulty item, or if we have made an error in the personalisation phase, please contact us with the order details and we will advise you how to return the item. If the item is defective we will pay for the return postage, and either refund or replace the faulty item. Please do have a proof of delivery back to us may be required.
Personalised hoodies or any other item which we offer or embroidered or printed items may not be returned unless the product is faulty, or we have made an error.
